Here are the particulars for the contest:
The essay contest “What Makes a House a HOME?” is open to all high school age students currently enrolled or living in Thurston County, Washington. A home is more than just the shelter you reside in. It can be an apartment, boat, house, or cabin. What is it that makes the place you reside in a home? That is the topic for a 500 word essay Coldwell Banker Evergreen Olympic Realty is asking high school students. The essay contest begins accepting submissions on Monday, April 15, 2013 through Sunday, May 5, 2013, on Coldwell Banker Evergreen Olympic Realty’s Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/cbolympia . After the submission period, fan voting for finalists will be conducted Monday, May 6, 2013 through Friday, May 24, 2013. Three winners will be chosen by a panel of judges from the finalists and announced on June 3, 2013.
