The wood fired pizza is some of the best that you can get in Olympia and you’ll definitely line up time and time again for their pizza pies.

Sometimes you don’t need a whole meal and you just need a quick snack to take something on the go. Arepa is great for keeping your stomach full and keeping you on the move. This food truck brings the street food of Venezuela right to Olympia.

Located in the 222 Market Building, the Chelsea Farms raw bar does a lot more than just oysters and shellfish. Their menu features flat iron steak from Snake River Farms and brussels sprouts from Newaukum Farms.

The food at Ricardo’s in Lacey is something to write home about. The goat cheese panna cotta features pickled apple, beet powder, and crispy parmesan. The rib-eye has been aged for 45 days. The Devil’s Crumble is a dream come true for chocolate lovers.
